About the opportunity

As the Lifestyle Assistant, you'll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team and play a pivotal part in the planning and implementing of wellbeing activities for the residents of Mercy Place Wyndham.

• Provide quality client-focused care to patients, their family and carers, using a holistic approach.

• Be efficient with documentation

• Be part of a multi-disciplinary team which requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers

To thrive in this role, you will have:

• Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.

• A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.

• The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

• A current NDIS

• Cert IV in Leisure & Lifestyle or higher
