CFG Merchant Solutions, LLC (CFGMS) is a rapidly growing alternative finance company that provides working capital to small and medium-sized businesses throughout the US in the form of Revenue Based Financing.

 

CFG Merchant Solutions is looking for motivated sales representatives who are self-starters and have a strong work ethic. CFGMS offers independent contractors the opportunity for unlimited compensation upside while providing proper training and mentorship to support their growth. This role is based out of our 180 Maiden Lane office in NYC and requires 5 days in the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing ISO and referral partner relationships to maximize performance and conversion
  • Assessing and evaluating ISO submissions
  • Collaborating with internal CFGMS Underwriting teams and Team Leads
  • Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and building key relationships with both ISOs and internal funding teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field and/or a successful track record in sales
  • 1+ years of experience working for a financial firm or in the Revenue-Based Financing industry (preferred but not required)
  • Someone who is: self-motivated, ambitious, hardworking, and disciplined
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and relationships
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to undergo training and mentorship provided by CFGMS.

 

Job Type: Full-time

Weekly day range:  Monday to Friday
