About the Role

Job Description

Join our team at Domino's Pizza in Florissant, United States, as a Customer Service Representative! We're looking for friendly, customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional service at our 8442 N LINDBERGH BLVD location.

  • Greet customers and take food orders over the phone and in person
  • Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
  • Assist with various store operations as needed
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously during busy periods
  • Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Cash handling experience or ability to learn quickly
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Multitasking skills to manage multiple orders and tasks efficiently
  • Team player attitude with a willingness to assist coworkers
  • Attention to detail in food preparation and order accuracy
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
  • Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles (a plus but not necessary)
