Job Description

Join our team as a Late Night Delivery Driver in Champaign, United States! We're looking for reliable and customer-focused individuals to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders during night-time hours. As a key member of our delivery team based at 55 E GREEN ST, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting our business operations.

  • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver orders to customers' homes or businesses during late night hours
  • Use smartphone applications for navigation and order management
  • Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent customer service
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
  • Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members
  • Assist with basic store closing duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to work late night shifts and weekends
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Proficiency with smartphone applications for navigation and order processing
  • Physical ability to lift and carry orders up to 25 pounds
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Previous experience in delivery or customer service is a plus
  • Familiarity with the local area and efficient routes is preferred
