This role requires independence, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Configure, image, and customize POS and credit card equipment. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Program, test, package, and ship equipment, peripherals, and supplies. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Fulfill daily orders, receive incoming supplies, and maintain accurate inventory. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Work independently in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines under pressure. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Identify and resolve operational issues promptly using written, oral, or diagram-based instructions. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Maintain full understanding of PCI-DSS policies and Key Injection Facility (KIF) procedures. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Attend and pass periodic PCI compliance trainings and assessments. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Alert supervisor and department director of any conditions that may jeopardize certifications or business operations. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Maintain thorough knowledge of departmental processes, procedures, and company-wide impacts. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned. </li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">High School diploma or GED required; relevant certifications (A+, Net+, Security+, Microsoft) are beneficial. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Frequent lifting of 10–20 lbs, occasional up to 30 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">1 year of credit card industry experience (acquiring or issuing) preferred. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Proficient with Word, Excel, Access, Windows applications, and email. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Effective time management, able to work under pressure with limited supervision. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Capable of handling shipments, wrapping pallets, and operating hand trucks or pallet jacks. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Previous experience in PCI-DSS environments or with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) is a plus. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Meets attendance and performance standards.</li> </ul>   #LI-SM2<div class="content-conclusion">We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class. <hr>  </div>
