Position: Marketing Specialist

Responsible for providing friendly and excellent service to all guests. Assist in guest operations as needed. Develop relationships with community partners. Support the marketing department and host various marketing functions as required. Perform all duties in accordance with Club Fortune policies and procedures.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as emcee for drawings, giveaways, and special events.
  • Assist with guest and employee inquiries, including responding to emails, phone calls, written correspondence, on-floor contacts, referrals, and participate in problem-solving from all sources of contact to Club Fortune Casino.
  • Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of marketing programs, including but not limited to: 
    • New member programs
    • Reactivation programs
    • Player parties
    • Telemarketing
    • Events and promotions
    • New member sign-ups
  • Ensure compliance with Nevada Gaming Control Board regulations and assist with correcting discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records for guests, accounts, promotions, drawings, etc., and communicate information efficiently.
  • Assist in managing all aspects of top players and act as a floor host.
  • Assist in managing, executing, and analyzing all community and property events, including attending outside promotions and generating new business.
  • Portray a positive and energetic persona at all times to customers and employees.
  • Promote marketing efforts and cross-market with other property amenities.
  • Protect the integrity of the company by properly serving guests in accordance with all governing regulations, including gaming, health, and alcohol awareness.
  • Track, log, and manage partnership opportunities.
  • Assist in making financial decisions, including authorization of free play, comps, and player rewards.
  • Obtain prize money for promotions from the main cage through signature authorization.
  • Assist with for e-marketing and maintaining Club Fortune’s presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, blogging, etc.).
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

  

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years casino experience in marketing, slots, or table games preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills: experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.
  • Ability to initiate and engage in professional, friendly conversation, strong customer relations and communication skills.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Well-groomed appearance; at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Working knowledge and experience utilizing digital platforms, internet, and social networks to grow brand recognition and loyalty.
  • Obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registration, TAM, Food Handler Certification
