Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a talented and driven professional with strong SSRS reports development experience to join our operations team and is able to work on other reporting/analytical platforms such as Oracle Hyperion, Tableau etc.

• Provide technical and analytical support to our Accounting and finance team through the creation of new, customized reports and processes as well as maintenance and improvement to existing infrastructure.
• Design, create and test SQL reports using SSRS with tools such as Report Builder, Visual Studio.
• Hands-on expert with SQL Server with strong skills in complex queries, stored procedures, functions, etc.
• Deploy relevant reports across the enterprise through Report Server and SharePoint.
• Respond to users to troubleshoot and/or improve existing reports.
• Experience building reports with Oracle Hyperion (Preferred).
• Translate business requirements into specifications to implement the required reports and dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources.
• Design and implement dashboards and reports for the business using common platforms (e.g. Tableau)
• Configure and enhance core application, including but not limited to Incidents, Service Catalog, Change, Problem, Assets, Project & Portfolio, and Reporting (Preferred).
• Provide ITIL-based Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) knowledge and expertise (Preferred).
• Contributing to the development, testing, documentation and debugging of custom solutions and application enhancements.

4+ years of experience developing reports using SSRS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• 3-5 years of experience working with MS SQL Server 2008 or higher.
• Proven experience working on SSRS or equivalent experience in Financial Reporting required.
• Experience using Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014/2016 Database Platform.
• Experience in creating parameterized reports, drill-down reports, and scheduled reports.
• Experience in deployment and administration of SSRS Reports and Report Server.
• Knowledge in understanding Data Models.
• Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of relational database design and BI architectures, core concepts, methods and best practices.
• Hands-on experience working with service management system (Preferred)
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize projects and efforts with minimum guidance
• Ability to multi-task, to work under pressure, and think analytically
• Ability to write technical specifications and documents
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
