We are currently looking for a Summer Intern for Manufacturing at our Anaheim, CA office.

The 2026 dsm-firmenich Summer Internship Program will run from June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Your key responsibilities

• Assist with ongoing projects related to manufacturing processes, quality control, and product development.
• Conduct research, collect data, and perform analysis to support project objectives.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects as well as daily production activities, including monitoring and documenting production metrics.

You Bring

• Currently working on completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize and parse data
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow

The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour.  Compensation will be dependent on factors that include location, education, training, specific skills, and years of experience.

At the end of this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will have the opportunity to work on real projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop skills in various aspects of manufacturing, quality control, and product development. You will contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives, gaining valuable insights into the operations of a leading manufacturing site.
