We are currently looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Analyst Intern at our Enfield, CT office.

The 2026 dsm-firmenich Summer Internship Program will run from June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Your key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to solve real business challenges.
• Complete a key improvement project from planning through execution.
• Perform data checks and reporting to keep operations running smoothly.
• Document processes and share updates to ensure clear communication across teams.

You Bring

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Available to work full time on site from 1 June 2026 through 14 August 2026
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and the ability to learn ERP systems such as SAP
• Clear communicator and adaptable team player, comfortable working in a dynamic warehouse environment

The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour.  Compensation will be dependent on factors that include location, education, training, specific skills, and years of experience.

At the end of this internship, you will:

• Gain hands-on experience with warehouse and logistics operations in a real business environment.
• Develop practical skills in data analysis, ERP systems, and process improvement.
• Build confidence in collaborating across cross-functional teams and leading projects.
• Strengthen your ability to communicate effectively and adapt to dynamic priorities.
