What you’ll do

 

•Design, map, and optimize business processes in line with strategic objectives.
•Lead process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile etc.
•Act as a process owner and ensure adherence to governance frameworks.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and drive solutions.
•Monitor KPIs to measure process performance and ensure continuous improvement.
•Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.

The Candidate Will Be Working Part Of HR Team.

Who you are

 

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
•8+ years of experience in process management, process design, or operational excellence.
•Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools (Lean, Six Sigma).
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and teamwork skills.
•Familiarity with process improvement tools (Signavio etc) and frameworks.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
•Having a strong appetite for understanding different workflows and processes within different channels
•Great communication and presentation skills including attractive presentation preparations
•Fluent English both in writing and speaking to sustain periodical update meetings with Vodafone Group.
