Job Role:

Responsibilities:

•    ServiceNow Development: Strong development skills for ServiceNow applications, modules, and customizations.

•    Service Portal: Hands-on experience on ServiceNow portal development and customisations along with Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design comprehensive portal, ensuring full coverage of ServiceNow features and functionalities.

•    Integrations: Hands-on experience on complex third party integrations (both web services and plugin based) with ServiceNow platform

•     CMDB and Asset Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of CMDB and Asset concepts

•     Continuous Improvement: Continuously enhance and optimize ServiceNow platform with best practices to improve efficiency, coverage, and effectiveness of processes.

•     Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation related to development results for future reference and compliance.

•     Collaboration: Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, administrators, and business analysts to ensure a seamless testing process and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.

•     Quality Assurance: Ensure that ServiceNow configurations and customizations adhere to best practices, standards, and security protocols.

•     Training and Knowledge Sharing: Provide training and knowledge sharing sessions to team members on ATF scripting and testing best practices.

•      Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in ServiceNow, integrations, and automation technologies to recommend and implement improvements in testing methodologies..

 

Qualifications (Must):

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator
  • Advanced Knowledge of ServiceNow complex Integrations
  • Advanced Knowledge of ServicePortal
  • Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle
  • Good knowledge about different SCDL
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Experience of leading a team will be an advantage
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
