QRT’s culture of innovation continuously drives our ambition to deliver high quality returns for our investors.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>Your future role within QRT:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Drive joint research projects, PhD collaborations, and knowledge-exchange programs that advance academic excellence.</li> <li>Partner with Research and Technology Leads to identify academic expertise and emerging research areas and drive regular project reviews with constructive feedback to build strong technical and research capabilities.</li> <li>Build and nurture strong partnerships with leading premier universities, academic institutions, and research groups.</li> <li>Position the firm as a trusted partner for advanced research, fostering both applied and theoretical collaborations.</li> <li>Design and deliver high-quality training across quantitative methods, programming, engineering practices, and applied research.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your present skillset:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>PhD in mathematics, statistics, machine learning, finance, computational finance.</li> <li>Demonstrated expertise and a minimum of 3 years' experience in quantitative research methods, such as optimization, statistical modelling, portfolio construction or factors/empirical asset pricing.</li> <li>Proficiency in Python, with a hands-on approach to coding, data analysis, and research implementation.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li> <li>A strong interest in teaching, mentoring, and capability development, with a collaborative and enablement-focused mindset.</li> <li>Active engagement with the academic and research community, including experience in building and maintaining external collaborations.</li> </ul> <p>QRT is an equal opportunity employer.
