As demand continues to grow in Eastern Idaho, we are actively seeking experienced window and door installation subcontractor crews to partner with us in the Twin Falls market.

What You’ll Do

  • Install premium replacement windows and doors in residential homes
  • Deliver high-quality craftsmanship that exceeds homeowner expectations
  • Represent the Renewal by Andersen brand with professionalism and pride
  • Work efficiently with dedicated project support and scheduling teams

What You Need to Get Started

  • 2+ person installation crew
  • 3+ years of residential window and door installation experience
  • Enclosed truck or trailer equipped to transport windows
  • Metal brake and full installation tool set
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • EPA Lead Certification
  • Proof of liability, auto, and workers’ compensation insurance
  • Ability to lift up to 90 lbs and perform physical installation work
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Positive, professional attitude with a customer-first mindset

Compensation & Support

  • $250,000$300,000+ average annual earnings per 23 person crew
  • Paid weekly
  • Year-round work (even during winter months)
