About the Role

Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
Location: Hudson, FL
Schedule: Full-time | Nights | Rotating Weekends
Pay: $24.63 - $34.48/hr depending on experience
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 for full-time nights (2-year commitment)
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case

A well-established acute care hospital in the Hudson area is seeking a dedicated Certified Respiratory Therapist to join its night shift team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering quality patient care and experience across a full range of respiratory services, including mechanical ventilation and emergency interventions.

Responsibilities:

Administer routine and advanced respiratory therapy procedures to patients of all ages
Operate ventilators for short- and long-term mechanical ventilation
Develop and implement individualized Respiratory Care Plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

Completion of a vocational/technical or AMA-approved respiratory care program (Associate required; Bachelor preferred)
Florida CRT license (Certified Respiratory Therapist)
Current BLS certification (AHA)
ACLS, PALS, and NRP required within 6 months of hire
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move frequently during shifts

Shift Differentials:

$4.50/hr night shift differential
$3.00/hr weekend differential
