Shifts Available: Days or Nights (12-hour shifts, rotating weekends)
Hourly Pay Range: $27.00 - $39.00 (based on experience)
Night Differential: +$4.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

About the Role

We are hiring compassionate, dedicated Med-Surg Registered Nurses to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and dynamic environment. You'll assess, plan, and evaluate the care needs of adult patients in our fast-paced medical-surgical unit while collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care following facility policies and evidence-based practice

• Assess, monitor, and document patient progress and interventions

• Collaborate with providers, nursing staff, and care coordinators to implement effective care plans

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and medications

• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and act decisively in emergencies

• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment

Requirements

• Active RN license in Florida or compact RN license (must apply for Florida license if not yet obtained)

• 1+ year of recent acute care RN experience required (does not need to be Med-Surg-specific)

• Candidates with 3+ years of RN experience may qualify with acute care experience within the last 5 years

• ASN required; BSN preferred

• BLS (AHA) required
