About the Role

HEAD OF VIP

Como Head of VIP, serás responsable de liderar la estrategia y ejecución del programa VIP, asegurando la retención, crecimiento y satisfacción de los jugadores de alto valor. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con equipos internos para desarrollar y optimizar iniciativas exclusivas, ofreciendo una experiencia VIP de primer nivel.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar y optimizar la relación con jugadores de alto valor, asegurando un servicio excepcional.

  • Supervisar y coordinar el equipo de VIP Account Managers, asegurando que se cumplan los objetivos de fidelización y engagement.

  • Definir y ejecutar estrategias de CRM enfocadas en la personalización y mejora de la experiencia del jugador VIP.

  • Colaborar con equipos de marketing, producto y operaciones para desarrollar promociones y eventos exclusivos.

  • Monitorear y analizar el rendimiento del programa VIP, identificando oportunidades de mejora y optimización.

  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de regulaciones y políticas internas en todas las interacciones con clientes VIP.

  • Representar a la empresa en eventos clave para fortalecer relaciones con jugadores VIP y socios estratégicos.
     

Requisitos

  • Título en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ventas o áreas afines.

  • Experiencia comprobada en gestión de programas VIP en la industria del iGaming.

  • Habilidades sólidas en negociación, fidelización y desarrollo de clientes de alto valor.

  • Capacidad para analizar datos y diseñar estrategias basadas en insights del comportamiento del jugador.

  • Experiencia en liderazgo de equipos y gestión de proyectos.

  • Conocimiento de herramientas CRM y Microsoft Office.

  • Plus: Nivel de inglés avanzado.
