TRABAJA EN UNA DE LAS CADENAS MÁS IMPORTANTES DE ENTRETENIMIENTO EN EL MUNDO

Experiencia en:

Gestión: Experiencia previa en roles de gestión o supervisión, idealmente en un entorno similar como un centro de entretenimiento, un local de juegos o un negocio de hostelería.

Atención al Cliente: Habilidad demostrada para brindar un excelente servicio al cliente, gestionar quejas y resolver problemas de manera efectiva.

Manejo de Personal: Capacidad para liderar, motivar y dirigir a un equipo de empleados, incluyendo la contratación, capacitación y evaluación del desempeño.

Industria de Videojuegos: El conocimiento o la pasión por los videojuegos puede ser beneficioso para entender las necesidades de los clientes y mantener un ambiente atractivo.

Tecnología: Familiaridad con sistemas informáticos, software de gestión y equipos de arcade es importante para la operación y mantenimiento de las máquinas.

Responsabilidades:

Reparación y mantenimiento de juegos
Control de Costos de entretenimiento
Inventario de refacciones y artículos de redención.

Escolaridad:

Lic. en Hotelería y Servicios, Lic. en Mercadotecnia o Lic. en Sistemas

Idiomas: Español e ingles conversacional

Áreas de control: Técnicos de Juegos y WIN (Artículos y logística de redención de puntos, tickets)

Jornada Tiempo completo, Presencial en Nuevo Polanco.
