製程整合團隊是產品量產時的重要協調者及品質把關者，負責整合各段半導體晶圓製程，讓產品順利經過每段製程生產出來，透過發現問題並解決問題，提升晶圓良率，確保產品品質的一致性。製程整合夥伴將全面性的深入半導體製程的各項細節，透過與製程工程師的跨部門合作發展廣泛的專業能力，完成共同目標。
