DSA Doors is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our Raleigh team. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and keeping things organized, this role is a great fit.
Why You’ll Love This Role:
As part of our sales team, you’ll be the go-to person helping customers get the information they need—quotes, pricing, product details, and order updates. You’ll also support our custom project team on more unique orders. Every day brings something a little different, and your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and company success.
What You’ll Do:
Customer Support & Standard Sales
- Be the first point of contact for customer calls and emails
- Prepare and send quotes, pricing, product info, and lead times
- Enter accurate customer orders in the CRM/ERP system
- Provide updates on order status, shipping, or changes
- Look for opportunities to upsell or add complementary products
- Keep detailed notes in the CRM for visibility and follow-up
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Send samples, catalogs, or product information as needed
Custom Project Support
- Assist the Custom/Project Sales team with non-standard or unique customer requests
- Help prepare custom quotes, RFQs, and submittals
- Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service for accurate project details
- Track project timelines and ensure customers receive updates
- Support smooth handoffs from quote to production
Requirements
What You Bring:
- Associate degree or experience in inside sales or customer service
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Comfort working in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to stay organized, work efficiently, and manage multiple tasks
Experience you’ll bring:
- Associates degree or previous experience in customer service or inside sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word
- Strong communication & presentation skills, influencing, negotiating, analytical thinking, time management skills are essential
We’ll be excited if you have:
- 2+ years inside sales or customer service experience in selling doors or building materials industry
- CRM and ERP experience
