About the Role

Description

Demos' is now hiring dishwashers to be part of our family. We will train you to be part of our award winning service staff where you can maximize your earning potential through our cross training opportunities. The back of the house employees is the backbone for our entire operation.

Responsibilities

We want to WOW our customers by doing more than just cooking food.
Coachable attitude
Engage in a friendly manner when customers enter the building
Follows our recipes and checklists to ensure a consistent product and safe environment
Work with others to ensure orders get out in a timely fashion
Demonstrate upbeat attitude, professionalism, punctuality, high standards & teamwork
Must have the ability to handle high volume work
