Responsibilities:
  • Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
  • Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and preparing lab specimens.
  • Administer medications and injections as directed by physicians.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and manage electronic health records (EHR).
  • Provide patient education on treatment plans and health maintenance.
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance patient care and support operations.
Requirements:
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
  • Compassionate demeanor and commitment to patient care excellence.
