What You’ll Do
- Manage the full lifecycle of new product onboarding (NPOB), including private label and reformulated products
- Coordinate label design, regulatory approvals, and data entry into ERP and customer portals
- Align cross-functional teams (Regulatory, QA, Sales, Planning, Purchasing, Engineering) to ensure smooth product launches
- Oversee product transitions and end-of-life processes, including inventory phase-outs
- Maintain compliance with Kosher, Non-GMO, and organic certifications
- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients through the PMO
- Develop SOPs and work instructions to streamline onboarding processes
- Participate in cross-functional product development projects
- Maintain deep knowledge of Catania’s product specs, customers, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, development, or marketing (preferably in food or CPG)
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in business preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and other MS Office tools
- Experience with ERP systems and customer onboarding portals
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Clear, professional communication skills—written and verbal
- Project management experience or certification is a plus
