This role involves maintaining pricing, order, and shipping knowledge, resolving customer issues, optimizing onboarding efficiencies, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer service quality.</p> </div> <p><strong>In This Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop deep expertise in our customer portfolio; including pricing models, shipping logistics, order minimums, and reorder cycles to anticipate needs and drive an exceptional customer experience</li> <li>Partner strategically with National Account Executives to align on customer goals, uncover opportunities for growth, and deliver tailored solutions that strengthen long-term relationships</li> <li>Own the order lifecycle from quote to delivery, ensuring precision, timeliness, and alignment with both customer expectations and Four Hands’ operational standards</li> <li>Track and prioritize shipments by monitoring container flow, backorders, and fulfillment schedules to maximize efficiency and ensure seamless onboarding and replenishment</li> <li>Continuously elevate service quality by resolving issues swiftly, identifying root causes, and collaborating cross-functionally to implement scalable process improvements</li> <li>Foster alignment across functions: including Sales, Accounting, Logistics, Warehouse, and the Art Studio to improve data flow, and deliver a cohesive and reliable customer experience</li> <li>Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications</li> <li>Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team <ul> <li>Be open and honest</li> <li>Reach for excellence</li> <li>Act with responsibility</li> <li>Value the whole person</li> <li>Enjoy the journey</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>The Ideal Person</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of customer service experience</li> <li>Bachelor's Degree required</li> <li>Experience managing accounts within an online Client Relationship Management (CRM) system; Salesforce experience a plus</li> <li>Experience using an ERP system (Microsoft Office 365 experience preferred)</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel</li> <li>Collaborative and passionate team player; natural rapport builder</li> <li>Confident, personable, and professional character</li> <li>Curious, resourceful, skilled communicators and presenter</li> <li>Demonstrate strong verbal and written skills</li> </ul> </div><div class="content-conclusion"><h3 id="about-heading" class="external-panel__heading">About Four Hands</h3> <div id="about-body" class="external-panel__trix-content external-panel__trix-content--colored"> <div>Headquartered in Austin, Texas, since 1996, Four Hands crafts furniture, art and décor — pieces that are all about creating space.
