About the Role

Description

Superior Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing, Inc. is a statewide provider of skilled commercial services specializing in retail, grocery, and convenience stores. We drive excellence in commercial new construction, tenant improvements, and remodels, supported by 24/7 emergency response and comprehensive preventative maintenance programs.


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatch Data Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating dispatch data to ensure efficient operations and timely communication across departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication abilities and strong data entry capabilities. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with a two-week training schedule of Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, verify, and input dispatch data into the company’s systems accurately and promptly
  • Processa a moderate to high volume of alpha-numeric data entry
  • Generate work orders in order of importance
  • Share work order information with field teams and technicians smooth dispatch operations
  • Support process improvements to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned by the department supervisor

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of administrative experience
  • Typing speed of 40 WPM minimum
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage workflow effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
