About the Role

Lupient Nissan of Brooklyn Park is seeking a customer-focused Automotive Technician to perform maintenance and repair services at client locations. In this role, you will be required to work independently while managing the repair and client experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation of appointments 48 hours in advance to ensure routing, parts availability, and established repair pathway. 
  • Actively manage vehicle inventory, collaborating with Parts department to ensure needed items are stocked and available.
  • Conduct on site “Multi-Point Inspection”, communicating and recommending needed repairs to guests. 
  • Complete repairs on site in a timely manner with minimal disturbance to guests and neighboring parties. 
  • Adherence and completion of required documentation for repairs made while in field. 
  • Ability to navigate adversity and ensure a “world class” experience for customers. 
  • Provide feedback to management on the operation of Mobile business, constantly seeking for ways to make the operation more efficient and profitable. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications 

  • Valid driver’s license that meets insurance requirements.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication. 
  • Ability to operate with autonomously and problem solve with limited supervision.
