About the Role

Description

The Procurement Coordinator for Artistry Restaurants supports the supply chain department in ensuring consistent availability of products, supplies, and equipment across the organization. This role is responsible for placing orders, tracking deliveries, maintaining vendor relationships, managing purchasing data, and ensuring cost-effective procurement practices that align with company standards.


What You Will Do:

  • Place and track orders for food, beverage, smallwares, and other contracted services.
  • Communicate with vendors to confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Assist with vendors: new vendor onboarding and managing relationships.
  • Monitor inventory reports and support restaurants with order discrepancies or emergency needs.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records including invoices, purchase orders, and delivery confirmations.
  • Collaborate with finance to ensure timely invoice reconciliation and payment processing.
  • Manage invoice review and verification.
  • Support the VP of Administration in data collection, reporting, and analysis.
  • Assist with vendor contract review and verification, ensuring the vendor meetings contractual duties.

Qualifications

  • At least two (2) years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (restaurant/hospitality industry preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and procurement software (Restaurant 365 (R365) preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
