This includes ultrasound imaging, fetal heart monitoring (or non-stress test, NST), bone density evaluation, and testing heart function through the use of portable monitors, EKG machines and with treadmill stress testing. Our board certified physicians are well trained in these diagnostic tools and are happy to provide these services locally.
About the Role

Description

Canyon View Medical is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant). The APC will work at Canyon View Medical's Family Medicine clinic located in Spanish Fork, UT. They are responsible for providing general care to patients under the direction of the Supervising Physician.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Assess patient health by performing physical examinations and obtaining, updating, and reviewing medical histories.
  • Determine abnormal conditions by administering or ordering diagnostic tests such as x-rays and laboratory studies. Interpret test results of the diagnostic tests.
  • Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited PA or NP educational program, including National Certification and Utah State Licensure.
