This role supports our bartenders and service staff by helping deliver an exceptional guest experience, ensuring tables and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Food Runner/ Pool Attendant Compensation:

$13.00 an hour + tips & gratuities

Food Runner / Pool Attendant Essential Functions:

· Complete interior and exterior detailed cleaning assignments as needed

· Clear and clean tables promptly and efficiently 

· Keep service stations fully stocked with clean dishware, utensils, pots, and pans

· Follow up on all service details for Food Servers and assist with guest service as needed

· Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment

· Set and clear tables according to established standards

· Complete all opening and closing side work as assigned, including stocking plates and silverware 

·  Filling coffee grinders and wine buckets

 · Cleaning floors

 ·  Wiping down cabanas and lounge chairs

 ·  Moving tables as needed

 ·  Transporting dirty linen to designated storage areas

 ·  Putting away china and service items

 ·  Stock bus stations as assigned

 ·  Provide guests with cooling towels

  Attend required meetings and complete additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

  · Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred

  · Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

  · Strong teamwork and communication skills

  · Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items throughout the shift
