Job Summary

The Only Facial is seeking a skilled, growth-minded Aesthetician to join our Dallas location.

The ultimate goal of every treatment is to deliver a WOW experience, achieved through real client transformation—not pressure, gimmicks, or transactional service.

This role is ideal for an Aesthetician who takes pride in mastery, professionalism, and long-term client relationships and who thrives in a standards-driven, performance-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Treatment Delivery

• Perform and customize The Only Facial Signature Facial
• Analyze client skin conditions and develop tailored treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare routines and long-term skin health
• Recommend products aligned with client needs, lifestyle, and budget
• Ensure every treatment delivers a WOW experience through visible progress

Client Relationships & Retention

• Build trust and rapport that encourages repeat visits
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Communicate clearly about expectations, results, and next steps
• Uphold a calm, professional, and welcoming treatment room environment

Team & Culture

• Contribute positively to team energy and collaboration
• Participate in training, workshops, and coaching sessions
• Accept and apply feedback to improve performance
• Consistently meet standards for professionalism, punctuality, and preparation

 Required Qualifications

• Licensed Aesthetician (Texas) from an accredited institution
• Strong consultation and communication skills
• Passion for skincare education and results-driven treatments
• Availability for weekdays, nights, and weekends
• Ability to follow protocols while personalizing client experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional aesthetician experience
• Experience with: Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion, Peels and exfoliation treatments
• Strong product knowledge
• Experience working in a performance- or standards-based environment
