About The Role:

As the Quality lead, you will oversee damage inspection and repair workflows, drive process improvements and collaborating with teams and vendors to ensure consistent, cost-effective product quality and disposition.


Your responsibilities will include:

Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to work with quality data, identify trends, defects, and drive process improvements.

  • Implement and maintain best-practice workflows for damage inspection, repair validation, pricing, and disposition of warehouse inventory.

  • Analyze quality data from warehouse operations to identify root causes and trends related to product damage or defects.

  • Recommend and lead improvements in processes, equipment, and vendor handling practices to minimize damage risk and operational costs.

  • Partner with supplier management, shipping, receiving, warehousing, and repair vendors to enhance quality control and operational efficiency.

  • Develop and standardize criteria for evaluating damaged parts and products, determining disposition as retained, repaired, or scrapped.

  • Monitor sales and marketing communications related to slightly damaged products to ensure consistent and compliant messaging across all regions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience working with quality and operational data to identify defects, trends, and lead process improvements within warehouse or distribution environments.

  • A proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives managing complex quality challenges in fast-paced auto parts or warehouse settings.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead quality discussions, set expectations, and influence cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Ability to interpret quality performance metrics and champion continuous improvement initiatives that positively impact warehouse operations.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Quality Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields are highly desirable.

  • Proven track record in quality assurance or quality control within warehousing, automotive distribution, collision repair, or related industries.
