The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch is a member only Country Club with a Chef driven kitchen, fine dining, Equestrian Center, Pool, Tennis and Pickleball, Fitness Center, Outfitters, River Club, and a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. The Clubs of Cordillera are seeking a full-time Food Runner/Expo to join our Food and Beverage team. We hire individuals that are committed to providing remarkable member experiences and changing the standard of hospitality. • Understanding sequence of service steps, training is available.
• Ensuring food arrives to members in a timely manner, with proper plating. 
• Ensuring all plates and supplies are  properly cleaned and presentable for service with no defects. 
• Having the necessary menu knowledge to assist members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required. 
• Ability to deliver a level of service that creates an atmosphere that makes our members want to return, giving each member a positive, memorable experience. 
• Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals. 
• Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor. 
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. 
• Display strong work ethic and teamwork.
