Job Description:

What are we looking for?

1、大专及以上学历,5年以上快消行业特殊渠道/新渠道管理经验;
2、熟悉快消品市场,有特殊渠道/新渠道客户资源优先;
3、抗压能力强,果断、拥有必赢与坚韧的心态;
4、具备良好的沟通表达能力、销售数据分析能力和谈判技巧。

What will be your key responsibilities?

1、带领团队负责粤桂特殊渠道的客户开发和管理工作,协调及跟进各个城市群特渠目标分配及达成

2、管理区域内特渠重点客户,包括油站,喜礼,政企团购,封闭渠道等,同步协调区域执行团队在门店的优异执行,定期生意回顾和分享

3、跨部门协作,协调和指导相关城市群同事,推进特殊渠道业务运行;

4、根据总部和大区的特殊渠道制度、政策、流程和规范,制定全省特殊渠道执行方案,并推动新渠道目标达成。

5、制定特渠开发及推动计划,找到新的增长点

6、制定特渠预算及资源分配,完成业务增长目标
