About the Role

Job Description

Our Consumer & Marketing Insights (CMI) Department enables clients to make data driven decisions to help them grow. And how do we do that? By listening to their needs, establishing research strategies, and providing them with relevant insights and recommendations, while keeping the time investment for our clients at a low level by supporting them in all their decision making.

In a nutshell, we are looking for a person that is passionate about all aspects of (market) research and throws themselves completely in performing a project from beginning to end. You understand what our clients require insights on and perform just the right analyses to deliver clear action points to them. You do so in collaboration with other team members throughout the company.

 

Your responsabilities :

  • The main expected mission is about : running the project smoothly, from questionnaire development to answer the client need, define the target and quotas to fieldwork follow-ups, data weightings decisions, report template update or creation, coordination with report automation team if relevant,  analysing reports.
  • Coordinating the involvement of the internal teams (Project Management, Marketing Science, Operation teams ...)
  • Being a daily contact point with the client
  • Lead client daily communications and meetings on the on-going projects.
  • Have ownership and work in autonomy following the team-lead guidelines across each step of the project
    • Internal organization & planning: converting project milestones into effective timings for each internal teams involved (project management, data processing, scripting, marketing science, automation IT development …)
    • Client expectations & new queries: processing and/or structuring client feedback and challenges (from shifting a report delivery dates to providing dedicated focus or analysis on a hot topic for instance) regarding the project scope content, our expertise, and sales opportunities, with the support of the senior manager working with you on the project
    • Project execution & quality excellence at each stage of the project (questionnaire design & updates, material preparation, quotas formalization, data weighting, fieldwork structure adjustments, data processing tabulation design, data validation, report template preparation or updates, report automation running and parameters updates, report checking, report analysis, …and get ready to start step-in into client presentations)
  • Evolve with the always transforming market research market
    • Develop the usage of genAI solutions both generic across the group and specifically designed per project
    • Taking initiative for facilitating processes and augmenting quality over the studies
    • Adapting to changing organizations and multi-country teams and experts

 

A little bit more about you

 

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in consumer research or custom research, quantitative research, with data usage, experience in working with questionnaires, client facing experience.
  • Client facing positiveness and comfort, with clear and assertive communication (both verbally and in writing)
  • Interest in ad’hoc methodologies (consumer, brand tracking, behavioral research, …)
  • Multi-country projects is a plus
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint usage and affinity
  • Organizational skills to manage research projects, meeting deadlines and budgeted time
  • Natural positiveness, openness, while being people-caring
  • Eagerness to learn and to develop aptitude on advanced market research topics & projects
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
