Job description

We are seeking a receptionist/greeter for full-time with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude at our Colonial Motor Mart location. This individual will receive calls into our auto dealership, determine the nature of the callers business, and direct the caller to the correct destination. This position will also be responsible for identifying, greeting and assisting customers who enter the showroom and drive on lot.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
  • Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
  • Account for all customers that visit our dealership and document their arrival
  • Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
  • Assist the managers and office staff with various clerical and administrative duties as needed (daily)
  • Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
  • Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $11.00 per hour


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Indiana, PA 15701: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)


Requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus, but not required
  • Available to work Saturdays
  • Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Clean driving record
