About the Role

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and maximizing sales revenue for the dealership. 


Responsibilities:


- Manage and direct the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives


- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers


- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded


- Train and coach sales representatives to improve their performance and sales skills


- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase dealership revenue


- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline processes


- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly



Requirements

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive industry

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership and team management abilities

- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies in the automotive industry
