Experience & Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and families warmly and ensure a positive front-office experience 
  • Schedule appointments efficiently while maximizing provider schedules 
  • Verify insurance benefits, explain coverage, and collect payments 
  • Manage patient check-in/check-out and maintain accurate patient records 
  • Communicate clearly with clinical staff to support smooth daily operations 
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred (pediatric experience a plus) 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills 
  • Knowledge of dental insurance and billing processes 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proficiency with practice management software and basic computer skills
