Experience & Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and families warmly and ensure a positive front-office experience
- Schedule appointments efficiently while maximizing provider schedules
- Verify insurance benefits, explain coverage, and collect payments
- Manage patient check-in/check-out and maintain accurate patient records
- Communicate clearly with clinical staff to support smooth daily operations
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred (pediatric experience a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of dental insurance and billing processes

- Proficiency with practice management software and basic computer skills
