We’re excited to be opening a brand-new Bamboo Sushi location in Bend, Oregon in early 2026, and we’re looking for friendly, organized, and guest-focused Hosts to be the first point of connection for everyone who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do

As a Host at Bamboo Sushi, you’ll help set the tone for the entire guest experience. You’ll work closely with both FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service, thoughtful seating, and a warm, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and seating guests with genuine hospitality
• Managing waitlists and reservations with accuracy and care
• Supporting FOH and BOH teams to ensure timely and consistent service
• Assisting fellow team members to meet guest needs
• Following all company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards

What You Bring

• Friendly, professional, and guest-first attitude

• Interest in learning about Japanese cuisine and beverage offerings

Preferred:

• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume or guest-facing hospitality role
• Familiarity with dining room service standards and procedures

This role is performed in an active restaurant environment and may include:

• Moving throughout the restaurant to greet and assist guests
