Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales activities within the region.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop high-performing sales representatives.
  • Meet sales targets, develop plans, and monitor progress to ensure objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Analyze market trends and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop effective solutions that drive sales and service growth.
  • Prepare budgets, approve expenditures, and assist with inventory tracking.

Supervisory Duties

  • Oversee schedules, territories, performance and growth of regional and local sales representatives.
  • Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.
  • Manage employee discipline in alignment with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred, or
  • High school diploma with minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • 5 years of prior sales experience required.
  • Valid Driver's License required

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Suite, and ERP software.
  • Ability to analyze market conditions and guide strategic decisions.
  • Self-directed, goal-focused, and adaptable to changing priorities.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Competitive base salary ($65,000 - $90,000)
  • Commission based on gallons of fuel delivered/paid (approximately $4,500- $6,500 per month)
  • Company vehicle and paid fuel and maintenance
  • Company paid Life Insurance and Short Term Disability
  • Benefit package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Life, Accident, Critical Care, Long Term Disability)
  • 401(k) with company match & immediate vesting
  • Paid Time Off - begin to accrue immediately
  • Six Paid Holidays per year
