Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, etc.)
Provide companionship and emotional support
Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to supervisors
Support residents with meals and medication reminders (as applicable)
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
Document care provided according to company and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

Previous caregiving experience preferred (RCFE experience a plus)
Ability to communicate effectively and work well as part of a team
Must be reliable, patient, and compassionate
Ability to pass background check and health screening

Schedule:

Full-time or part-time shifts available
Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays

Compensation:

$20.00 per hour
