Territory: Tennessee, Georgia & Midwest Regional Territory
About the Role
Celluma Light Therapy (BioPhotas, Inc.) is seeking a driven, consultative Clinical Sales Specialist to join our in-office inside sales team in Tustin, CA. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys educating licensed professionals, and has a passion for evidence-based aesthetic and medical technology.

This is not a call-center role. It is a consultative, relationship-driven inside sales position focused on higher-ticket clinical devices and long-term account growth. Responsibilities include proactive outreach beyond traditional cold calling, with an emphasis on relationship-building and identifying opportunities in emerging markets.
Why You’ll Love This Role

- Inbound lead flow + assigned territory (not pure cold calling)
- Consultative sales process with educated, professional buyers
- Collaborative, in-office sales culture with direct access to leadership

- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service teams
- Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction and retention
Market Awareness & Professional Representation

- Represent the Celluma brand professionally at industry trade shows and events
- Provide management with insights on customer feedback, objections, and market trends
