About the Role

Description

Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Alaska. We are seeking an Inventory Manager Assistant to support vehicle inventory operations at our Anchorage dealership. This role helps ensure accurate inventory tracking, smooth vehicle flow, and organized lot operations. Some of the benefits of working with Kendall are:

   Responsibilities:

  • Assist with tracking new and used vehicle inventory
  • Update and maintain records in the dealership management system
  • Coordinate vehicle arrivals, transfers, and lot organization
  • Perform physical inventory counts and resolve discrepancies
  • Support sales and management with inventory status updates
  • Move and stage vehicles as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Automotive or inventory experience preferred
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with email and Microsoft Excel
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work outdoors in Anchorage weather conditions
