Pay Range: $28.00- $30.00 per hour, on-site housing offered


Our teams work hard to maintain a culture that is conducive to creative thinking, empowerment, and collaboration. We are currently looking to fill a Maintenance Supervisor position for newest development, Haven + Arrow, our property in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.


The Maintenance Supervisor ensures the property meets safety, appearance and operational standards established by the company and is responsible for directing maintenance personnel in the performance of all phases of product preparation and maintenance for the property.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Supervise the control of expenditures by ensuring products, sub-contractor, and vendor services are obtained at minimum cost while maintaining the property in superior condition.
  • Maintain purchase order system and budget control.
  • Organize, schedule, and supervise service team personnel and vendors ensuring maintenance and grounds work is completed timely and accurately in accordance with company standards and specifications.
  • Ensure property conditions (trash, buildings, stairs, stucco, curbs, amenities, etc.) are satisfactory daily.
  • Coordinate unit prep vendors and monitor progress for move-in preparation.
  • Coordinate and inspect move-out walk-through with property staff and residents as needed.
  • Complete and/or ensure emergency requests are handled immediately upon notice of issues.
  • Adhere to the company’s safety program rules, attend safety meetings, and perform all duties in a safe manner.

Experience/Requirements:

  • Available to work a flexible schedule (Weekends, OT, On-Call)
  • Prefer 2-3 years of experience in apartment maintenance
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of vendor relations knowledge and all phases of apartment and preventative maintenance including but not limited to appliance, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall education and experience.
  • Mechanical maintenance experience and repair techniques including, but not limited to, appliances, plumbing, carpentry electrical, HVAC, painting, and drywall.
  • HVAC and EPA certifications preferred.
  • Required to work on-call duty, weekends and may be required to live on-site.
  • Required to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner.

This position requires attendance at offsite meetings, visits to other Company operated locations, purchase of goods from offsite vendors and other tasks away from a single assigned location. Applicant must have a valid driver's license or be able to utilize an alternative form of transportation at their own expense which allows them to reach the required destination in a time period comparable to that if they were to drive their own vehicle. Employees choosing to drive their own vehicle for work-related duties will be required to have a valid driver’s license and provide proof of insurance, and may be subject to a DMV record search.
