Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role:</sup><br><br><strong><em>Key Responsibilities</em></strong></h3> <ul> <li>Executes and QA's standardized channel marketing campaigns (email, web forms, basic landing pages) based on approved requests and documented processes.</li> <li>Administers core configuration tools (SFMC, AEM, Google Analytics tags, etc.) to set up and launch simple, pre-designed experiences and tests.</li> <li>Executes simple SQL queries and uses platform segmentation tools to retrieve and segment campaign target audiences based on clear, defined criteria.</li> <li>Follows established workflows, diligently updating task status in project management tools (Jira/Workfront) and escalating complex technical issues to L3/L4 specialists.</li> <li>Contributes to the maintenance of the team's knowledge base by accurately documenting routine deployment steps, configurations, and common troubleshooting solutions.</li> <li>Conducts thorough pre-deployment quality assurance (QA) checks, including link validation, cross-client email rendering checks, and basic page load verification.</li> <li>2–4 years of hands-on campaign execution experience.</li> <li>Proficiency in SFMC (Email Studio) and Adobe Content Management System (AEM) for content assembly.</li> <li>Experience using Litmus or Email on Acid for rendering and link testing.</li> <li>Ability to run pre-built SQL queries and perform basic segmentation.</li> <li>Expert in Jira, Workfront, or similar Agile project management platforms.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Knowledge (nice-to-have):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Basic HTML/CSS for minor template tweaks.</li> <li>Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification.</li> <li>Experience with A/B test setup within an ESP.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Process Discipline:</strong> Diligent adherence to documented SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).</li> <li><strong>Time Management: </strong>Managing a high volume of tickets while maintaining strict deployment deadlines.</li> <li><strong>Proactive Communication:&nbsp;</strong>Escalating blockers early to the CMS 4 or MOS 3 before they impact the launch.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A High-Impact Environment</li> <li>Commitment to Professional Development</li> <li>Flexible and Collaborative Culture</li> <li>Global Opportunities</li> <li>Vibrant Community</li> <li>Total Rewards</li> </ul> <p><em>*Specific benefits are determined by the employment type and location.</em></p> <h5><strong><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Find out more about our culture <a href="https://www.instagram.com/wizelineglobal/">here</a>.</span> </strong></h5>
