A unique chance has arisen to join our team in a role of project manager. The opportunity requires unique skills, experience, and mind-set to drive innovation. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams to deliver pro-jects from concept through to completion. This includes overseeing planning, execution, budgeting, risk manage-ment, and stakeholder communication. The role demands a strong understanding of technology, manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and continuous improvement methodologies. 
Your contribution to something big:

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, integrating various methodologies & acting on lessons learnt. 
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. 
• Coordinate with product management, engineering, production, procurement, quality teams & external partners. 
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet project objective, deadlines, and budgets. 
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively. 
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. 
• Report regularly to senior leadership on project status, KPIs, and outcomes. Ensure transparency & esca-late issues beyond own authority. 
• Drive process improvements, lean initiatives, and maintain project documentations. 

What distinguishes you:

• Proven experience in manufacturing environments (e.g., automotive, FMCG, electronics, pharmaceuti-cals). 
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, others). 
• Project Management Expertise: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred. 
• Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, resource management, risk management and problem solving. 
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects. 
• Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement techniques. 
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills. 
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities. 
• Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal. Ability to analyse complex data and make in-formed decisions.
