Dates of Employment: June 1 – August 31 

(2 Training dates mid May)

About the Role

Spend your summer making memories! Bridgewater is hiring Full-Time Summer Camp Counselors to lead fun, themed activities for children ages 3–10. Our 9-week summer camp is packed with games, crafts, swimming, tennis, and outdoor adventures. If you love working with kids and bring positive energy every day, this is the job for you.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and engage campers in daily activities
• Lead games, crafts, swimming, and group programs
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive camp environment
• Encourage teamwork, confidence, and participation
• Communicate with camp leadership and fellow counselors
• Follow safety guidelines and emergency procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children (camp or childcare preferred)
• Energetic, upbeat, and dependable
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor setting
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• Swim daily
• Stay active and on your feet most of the day
• Work outdoors in summer weather
• Assist children ages 3–10 as needed
