Experience & Key Responsibilities: 

  • Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to protocols 
  • Maintain sterilization logs and ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control standards
  • Prepare and organize instruments for clinical procedures 
  • Assist with operatory turnover and supply restocking as needed 
  • Ensure sterilization areas remain clean, organized, and functional 
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Previous dental or medical sterilization experience preferred 
  • Knowledge of infection control, OSHA, and sterilization procedures 
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills 
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
