We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Line Cook to join our culinary team. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily kitchen operations during service, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards

- Supervise and mentor line cooks and kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive environment

- Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in compliance with health regulations

- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste

- Collaborate with the executive chef and management team to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings

- Ensure timely delivery of orders and uphold customer satisfaction


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a line cook, with demonstrated leadership abilities

- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and sanitation standards

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Effective communication and team management skills

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
