About the Role

Description

This position functions as a call center role responsible for locating and tracking critical line items to support the customer’s plant production. The Analyst monitors and processes hot calls for urgent parts through SAP and MOBSY, ensuring timely delivery to the production line. Responsibilities include coordinating with pickers, inventory teams, and schedulers to locate parts, manage trailer robbing when necessary, and ensure proper documentation for all parts sent through the Mercedes tunnel. The role requires strict adherence to Schnellecke Safety Principles, standard work procedures, and proper use of PPE while on the shop floor or truck yard. Effective communication and attention to detail are essential to maintain accuracy and meet production timelines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to monitor and process urgent calls for critical parts
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
  • Physically able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • Must wear PPE at all times on the shop floor
  • Ability to operate touch pads, scanners, laptops/desktops, and printers
  • Successful completion of mandatory drug screening and background check
