Requirements

Prep/Line Cook

Receive inventory, organize and clean kitchen, wash, prepare, and cut fresh produce, execute recipes using various machines and utensils from mixers to choppers and food processors to knives, spatulas and whisks. Cook food over hot flame equipment in a timely and excellent manner. Maintain work area in clean and safe way.

Able to speak primary language of the kitchen. Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds: must work with sense of urgency; must have a positive attitude; able to work well under pressure; able to effectively problem solve; able to meet deadlines; able to analyze information.
