 Celtic Property Management is growing and expanding our maintenance team at The Reserve at Westpark. We are currently hiring 3 experienced Maintenance Technicians who have strong unit turn experience and are ready to hit the ground running.

This is an opportunity for hands on professionals who take pride in their work, value teamwork, and are motivated by results.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience with apartment and home turns and make readies
Strong working knowledge of HVAC plumbing electrical appliances and general repairs
Must have own basic hand tools
Willingness to work additional hours when needed
Ability to participate in scheduled on call rotations
Team player with a goal driven mindset
Dependable safety conscious and detail oriented

Requirements

 What You’ll Be Doing

Completing unit turns and work orders efficiently
Supporting preventative maintenance and inspections
Assisting with grounds common areas and overall property upkeep
Working closely with the maintenance team to keep the property operating smoothly

Schedule and Availability

Full time hourly position
Must be available for weekends and on call rotation as scheduled
